Following the exit of the last relase of Blender was released as "Big Buck Bunny" a short 3D animation made entirely with open source tools and released in Creative Commons. Here's the video (low resolution).

On site there is a short to download (in various formats and resolutions) and the ability to order a DVD containing (besides the short 10 minutes) various extras including character models and interviews with developers :)

What about very, very well done, I suggest you give us a look (also two P )
